Facilities
American Legion Post No. 268 is located at 11225 Fern Street in Wheaton, MD. This is one block south of University Boulevard (MD Route 193) and one block east of Georgia Avenue (MD Route 97). It is about one block from the Wheaton Metro Station (Red Line).
If you are driving west on University Boulevard, it is easiest to turn south on Amherst Avenue and then turn right onto Reedie Drive and right again onto Fern Street. The Post Home will be on your right just past the entrance to the multi-level parking garage.
If you are driving east on University Boulevard, turn right onto Fern Street. The Post Home will be on your left just past Price Street.
If you are approaching The Post on Georgia Avenue, you can turn east on Reedie Drive and then left onto Fern Street. The Post Home will be on your right just past the entrance to the multi-level parking garage.

The Post has its own parking lot and, should it be full, there is a municipal surface parking lot directly across Fern Street and a multi-level municipal parking lot directly behind the Post.
The Post Home has a lounge, a game room, and a large hall.
There are two TV's in the game room. The lounge features two TV's and a jukebox.
The game room has pool tables, dart boards, and tables for card playing.
There are two full kitchens, one off the game room and one off the meeting hall.
KENO can also be played.
