Past Commanders Club of Wheaton Post 268

 

 

The Past Commanders Club (PCC) of Wheaton Post 268 supports Post officers and activities by helping to raise funds and conduct programs.

The PCC makes two annual awards. The Chuck O’Steen award is for the Post 268 member who has done outstanding work in the area of Children and Youth. The John Killeen award is given to a Post 268 member who has done overall outstanding work within Post 268. The recipient of the John Killeen award is known as the Post 268 Legionnaire of the Year.

Programs that receive club support are: Boys State, Girls State, Epilepsy, Wheaton Fire Department and the Hospice Caring of Maryland.

Members of the Past Commanders Club are available to consult with the current commander of Post 268 whenever requested.
